Refund Policy

 How do I return/exchange an item?
Products can be returned/exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Please mail us at order@bonviesnacks.com to initiate a return/refund with your order id in the subject line.

We will personally ensure that the issue is resolved satisfactorily. Please make sure that the original product and packing are intact when you send us the product back. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery or has been torn or used shall not be eligible for return/ refund.

Note: Reverse Pickup Charges will be borne by the customer and will be finalized by the customer support consultant at the time of accepting the return request.

Self-ship charges will be capped at Rs.100 per shipment.

REFUND
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be processed and credited to your bank account within 5-7 working days from the date of the courier being received in our warehouse.

CANCELLATION
How do I cancel an order?

Refund applicable only in the case of wrong and damaged product.
